It emphasizes that every individual is unique and has the freedom to make choices. This approach believes that people are naturally good and motivated to improve themselves.
PSYCHOANALYTIC APPROACH
The psychoanalytic approach in personality psychology focuses on the role of the unconscious mind and childhood experiences in shaping personality. It suggests that thoughts, feelings, and desires that we are not fully aware of influence our behavior.
